How do I keep it clean?

No wories! Rinse the grass mat daily with water, deep clean weekly with warm water and pet-fiendly soap. Rinse the artificial grass pads and tray layer and then put the washable pee pad layer into washing machine.

The bottom tray is made of EVA material, which is soft and protective but may have minor scratches from shipping. This is normal and does not affect function. Your pad is brand new!

How do I set up the foldable tray?

The foldable tray might not pop up fully after unfolding. Gently pull and lift the folded edges to help it sit flat.

Is it normal to notice an odor when opening the product? Can I use it right away?
