How to lock/unlock:If you want to lock it at a certain distance, you simply push the button down and pull back just a bit, and the leash will lock. Troubleshooting

1.After receiving the product, please carefully check if there are any damages during the transportation process.

2. Make sure that your dog’s weight does not exceed the capacity of the leash. No more than 50 pounds.

3. If the rope cannot be retracted during use, you need to check if it is jammed. If it gets stuck, you can try pulling out a section of the rope and then retract it.
